Friday Afternoon

Excuse the reeally bad picture, the phone was easier than the camera right at the moment. This is what I did this afternoon.

The girlchild's birthday is Monday but Watchmen started today and what she truly wanted was to see it now so I checked her out a little early and we caught the 3pm showing. I cast on and knit the first couple of rows before the lights went down and this was the result when the lights came up at 5:45. Only two trailers, this was a very long movie, that long actually.

It rocked though and it was so much better for the Wolverine trailer before the movie. If you think you might like this one but like me had never heard of this comic before... ummm... I think the first trailer was on Dark Knight last year, go see it, you'll probably like it. Be warned though, these are not your average superheroes, one is a psychopath that found a legal outlet, mostly and one is a socipath and there there's the one that walks around entirely naked nearly the entire movie. This one is not for the kids, especially not the two that were in my show, the older one looked maybe 5 or so bad idea that, find a sitter for them then go to the movie.

It's also a big chunk of knitting time if you can knit in the dark, do not take your light up needles, do not play with the blooody cell phone and turn the sound off before the lights go down and we'll all get along fine, m'kay. Oh yeah and if you don't want to see the movie, tell your boyfriend that and go see something else.
